Where your order comes from

Our products ship directly from our independent suppliers. If you order items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages. You'll get tracking by email when each item ships.

Delivery questions

Contact lessersupport@proton.me about an address correction, a delay or a missing parcel. An address change or cancellation is only possible if the order hasn't shipped yet. Never send card details by email.
