Damaged or defective toy

If a toy arrives broken or doesn't work, email a photo to lessersupport@proton.me within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement of that toy or refund its share of the pack. You don't need to send anything back.

Changed your mind

You can return an unused pack within 30 days of delivery. Email lessersupport@proton.me first and we'll send you the return address. Once the pack arrives back with us, we refund the purchase price. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Missing package

Toys in a pack may ship in separate packages, each with its own tracking. If a package hasn't arrived 20 business days after your order, email us and we'll reship it or refund it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
